Project Management

Project management includes activities of planning and monitoring the implementation of activities, writing reports, coordination among the team members, as well as the coordination of the activities themselves. In addition, it also includes the creation and monitoring of the work plan, monitoring the quality of the implemented activities and the evaluation strategy.

In order to realize the planned activities in a timely manner, we have established communication strategy among team members, then a monitoring plan in order to evaluate the implemented activities and analyses obtained data and achieved results.
